Macom's MAAP-011145-STD 2W power amplifier has an integrated power detector with temperature compensation operating at 17.65-19.75 GHz.
MAAP-011145-STD provides 25dB gain, 43dBm OIP3, 2W P1dB and 34.5dBm saturated output power. The device is assembled in a compact 7mm x 7mm surface mount package. The device has ESD protection and bypass capacitors to simplify implementation of packaged components and mass assembly. The power amplifier is specifically designed for point-to-point radios for cellular backhaul applications in the 18GHz band.
